Thank you for choosing to become a Support Finder member. Please complete the following information to create your Support Finder account.

Please Note: You need to confirm that you are aged 16 or over in order to create an account. If you are aged 16 or over, you can create an account on behalf of a child requiring support. In this instance, you will need to complete the profile in your child’s name. You will be able to put your name in the ‘Nominated Representative’ field so that the Support Finder team know that it’s OK to speak to you regarding the account.
