Who is an Employer?
We use the term Employer to refer to people who need support at home, at work or with getting out and about. An Employer maybe someone with a disability, health condition, an older person or just someone who needs extra help to remain independent.
Who are we?
Our friendly and approachable staff team have a wealth of experience working with disabled people or living with a disability themselves. With our specialist knowledge, we support people with finding PAs and guide them through the employment process. So, if you need to contact us or would like help with finding a PA who is right for you, then rest assured that you're in the right hands.
Membership Packages
We have 3 membership packages for you to choose from, making it easy to find a package that suits your needs and budget.
If you live in Surrey, and receive a Direct Payment or Personal Health Budget, you are entitled to free Gold membership. Please contact Surrey Independent Living Charity to request a voucher code. If you do not live in Surrey, you may still be entitled to free support via your local Direct Payment or Personal Health Budget provider.
Bronze
Our independent package, ideal if you’re an experienced Employer and don’t require support from us.
Silver
A supported package, ideal if you want to be independent with your PA search but with access to additional features and online resources as well as the reassurance that we’re here to help if you need it.
Gold
A fully supported package, ideal for Employers who need personal support along the way.

* All of our membership packages are paid quarterly in advance, for example, a Bronze membership costs £5 per month, charged at £15 per quarter (every 3 months).
